个人简介
龚欣梅，浙江义乌人，南京师范大学心理学博士(发展与教育心理学专业)、教育学博士后，现为304am永利集团、教育学院讲师。主要研究兴趣为1) 成就动机与学生健康发展：尤其关注成就目标取向与自我决定理论整合视角下，在中国大、中、小学不同教育情境以及流动与城市不同亚文化背景中，检验家校环境因素和个体动机因素对学业发展与心理健康的作用；2) 韧性品质与儿童青少年健康发展：尤其关注多系统视角下坚毅品质和勤奋价值观等的补偿机制与增量效应及以个体为中心视角下的不同潜剖面组合。受邀担任International Journal of Psychology的审稿人。
